GARBAGE PICKUP
From Villa Rica City Page: Garbage pickup services are provided for customers inside the Villa Rica city limits. The City of Villa Rica contracts with GFL Environmental to collect garbage for residential and commercial customers.Â
After establishing service with the City of Villa Rica, residential customers will receive a specially marked 96-gallon cart. Garbage should be bagged and the cart should be placed at the curb on the day of pickup. GFL Environmental will only pick up garbage that is INSIDE THE CART. If additional carts are needed, please contact Customer Service at 678-785-1000.
Be sure to have garbage on the curb the night before pickup. Pickups start at 7 a.m. and can go as late as 8 p.m. GFL Environmental will pick up as scheduled unless there is some unforeseen problem that keeps them from doing so. In this case, garbage pickup will follow as soon as possible. If you fail to have your cart out, it will be picked up on your next regularly scheduled pickup day.
